When the investigator’s suspicion level remains at 0% beforehand, the third inspection typically falls on the 16th.
Seal the stairs, reverse the escape plan, and remove all gear from yourself.
Because the third inspection will scrutinize the water tank, avoid draining its contents when the check is near.
As long as no furniture was moved during the first 0% suspicion check, issues are unlikely; cabinets are not inspected yet.
After the third inspection, a letter from the Child of Freedom arrives, indicating that the next visit will involve the investigator inspecting electricity usage.
Next, keep tidying the house, set up the previously built greenhouse by placing it on the floor, and plant it just as you would with soil.
The greenhouse comes with its own sunlight, eliminating the need for extra lighting, though it does consume electricity.
Once the items are built, you can head to the scrap yard and talk to Joe, who will assign a new task: help him locate a dog.
Now prepare to tackle this task; the dog is located in Level 4 forest, opening the map requires 1 lever, 20 metal, and 10 plastic.
At the same time, purchase an axe from Joe’s shop, useful for unlocking roads in Level 4 forest and serving as a weapon.
Proceed to Forest 3-1 and place the materials into the ropeway for repairs.
