The identities of other potential candidates remain a secret, as the audition process has been kept confidential. Aside from Turner and Boynton, the list also names Emma Collins and Mackenzie Davis, though it appears they will not participate. A studio representative declined to comment.

Turner's breakthrough came with her Emmy‑nominated portrayal of Sansa Stark in "Game of Thrones." She now leads the British crime miniseries "Juno," and will soon star in the Amazon Prime Video drama "Shelter," produced by the same creative team behind "Tomb Raider."

Boynton gained prominence for her roles in "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "Murder on the New Oriental Express." She recently headlined the Spotlight‑produced "The Greatest Hits," and played the lead in the UK historical miniseries "A Cruel Love: The Ruth Ellis Story."
