Allied Forces: Origin Release Delayed to March 2025
Kalypso Media and Claymore Game Studios have postponed the launch of Allied Forces: Origin from its original 2024 date to March 2025. This extension gives the team extra time to refine the game, deliver a more polished experience, and address player feedback gathered from closed beta tests and public demos.
“The Allied Forces series has always been built on tactical precision, offering a variety of ways to tackle diverse missions,” said Studio Director Jurgen Reusswig in a press release. “The teams at Claymore and Kalypso Media are fully committed to preserving this classic IP. Thanks to invaluable feedback from our dedicated community, we’re making final adjustments to deliver the ultimate tactical experience for players.”
According to the announcement, the additional development time will focus on several key areas:
• Performance optimization to fix frame‑rate issues and deliver smoother gameplay.
• Enhanced AI to boost NPC responsiveness, and updated controls to make the game more intuitive, adding customizable key bindings for Windows PCs that were introduced in the closed beta and demo.
• Further UI/UX updates to enrich the player's overall experience.
