Naughty Dog recently posted a tweet on X explaining the upgrade steps for The Last of Us Part II Remastered on PS5. Players owning the PS4 digital version can simply pay $10 in the PlayStation Store on the release day, January 19, to upgrade. Those with the PS4 disc edition must use the PS5 disc version for the upgrade, and after the upgrade each launch will require the disc to be inserted.
